“The screen on my honda accord and hundreds if not thousands of other people that I have seen online, randomly begins constantly activating buttons on screen which has almost resulted in a car accident for me. Very danger and unacceptable, honda is aware of the issue and refused to fix it. This is going to get people killed if not fixed.”

NHTSA complaint #11683450, filed 2025-08

“Thank god nothing has happened but almost. I bought my car brand new and 2 weeks into having it I have been having issues with the infotainment system. Its very distracting. Sometimes it distracts me so much that I swerve while driving trying to stop it. It also is interfering with my experience listening to music. Something needs to be done as im not the only one having this experience.”

NHTSA complaint #11735996, filed 2026-05

“My radio is having ghost taps. It clicks random buttons the whole time the car is on. Goes from radio to CarPlay, turns off my maps, turns off the whole radio, just constantly is making its own clicks. This has been happening for about a year. I can not add videos but would be more than happy to email them.”

NHTSA complaint #11742838, filed 2026-06

“My touch screen glitches to the point where it changes stations, changes my navigation and it doesn’t fix itself at all even when I touch the screen. It’s a driving hazard especially when you are using the navigation. It just started and has been happening every time I’m driving, regardless if my phone is attached via Bluetooth or usb or not even at all now it just glitches.”

NHTSA complaint #11684823, filed 2025-09

“The infotainment screen is ghost touching (changing screens on it's own). If using gps from my phone that is a problem. The radio doesn't stay on at times while the screen is flipping to numerous places on it's own. I read online that many people are having this problem so it should be covered as a defect, a recall. My car is garage kept and kept very clean. I tried resetting but didn't help.”
