“Car stalls out after higher speed driving, usually coming to a hard stop, requiring me to restart. Once it happened while I was driving on the freeway, so it was a bit scary, a safety concern. The body shop said it would take 10 days. 7/28/03 my car was broken into while in their shop and I was not alarmed until 21/2 weeks after the break in incident by the detective on the case. In between the time before I knew about the break in, I've spoken to the owner inquiring about the time frame my car would be finished, the owner never mentioned of the incident. When I did find out of the incident and confronted store owner he stated that he thought I knew. …”
