“have a ‘24 hybrid. my car started experiencing a vibration when idling (when the engine is running!), it would last for about 15 seconds. My POWER SYSTEM PROBLEM light and my EMISSIONS SYSTEM PROBLEM lights came on. Took it in to honda and they just said they need to reset the car, which they did. Now today my car was vibrating but, no system lights came on.”

“The backup camera switches from color to black and white. It also produces static and becomes blurry. I have almost hit cars/people while backing up with the sudden changes while backing. I have taken it to the dealership. They said they are aware of the problem, bit have no solution. It happened a week after purchasing.”

NHTSA complaint #11593801, filed 2024-06

“My brand new vehicle is in the dealership for the 5th time. 1st incidence was well under 6K miles. Upon diagnosis they changed all 4 fuel injectors and again my car broke last night. Lost power in the middle of the highway leaving me stranded on a deadly situation. It has power system charging issue in the dashboard with all the lights lit up. I no longer feel safer in this car.”

NHTSA complaint #11630082, filed 2024-12

“Sunroof imploded while driving on the interstate. There were no cars around and the weather was sunny mid 80s. It sounded like an explosion with glass flying everywhere. Luckily the sunroof door was closed so glass didn’t fall on top of me. I pulled off the road immediately and no evidence of any outside source was found to explain incident. Dealership claimed it must have been an outside source without proof.”

NHTSA complaint #11623722, filed 2024-11

“Hybrid CR_V when at a stop, the vehicle has started acerating on its own when I remove foot from brake. Iin the 4 months, it has started moving slowly on its own when brake released, and I haven't touched gas pedal yet 2 time it started acerating faster and faster until brake was applied. took it to dealer, they cannot duplicate and weren't very helpful in trying it figure it yet. Vehicle has brake hold feature and shouldn't move forward till gas is applied.”
