“Dt: problem began when vehicle was purchased, the jack that was provided was not stable. Just a slight movement will cause the jack to fall down to the ground. Last weekend,the tire went flat. When the car was jacked up it fell down. After this, there was a mechanic across the street who was able to lift it with a floor jack which caused misallignment of the vehicle. Once while jacking up vehicle it fell down on the owner. The right hand and right knee were injured , and had to have cortisone shots. …”

It is now getting a new evaporator, among other parts. At first, the dealer wanted me to pay over $700 to replace parts. After some complaining, they agreed to only charge $270. This is one of many problems I have had with this vehicle's heating and air conditioner.”
