“Got in my car today, turned it on, the low tire pressure light indicator came on and has stayed on all day. It will not go off. My tires are not low. I bought my car brand new in dec. 2013 from hendrix Honda in daytona beach, fl. I did not contact the dealer. After reading all the complaints on line and no dealer could fix the problem, I didn't want the headache.”

“Traveling on trip to california from arizona and the tire pressure system monitoring light came on. We pulled off as soon as feasible possible and checked pressure which was correct. Happened to me twice since then and both times the pressure in all tires was correct. Looks like a lot of other people have this problem as well.”

NHTSA complaint #10649545, filed 2014-10, 500 miles

“Have owned my Honda crv 2014 for 2 months and the low tire pressure warning light has come on 3 times. Dealer does not admit a problem with the car but does not permanently correct the problem either. Has Honda acknowledged a problem here? I see many other owners have the same problem. Some body make Honda fix the problem!!!!”

NHTSA complaint #10566172, filed 2014-02, 250 miles

“We have a 2014 cr v with 15,000 mile on it. We bought it new. In 12-months the tire pressure monitoring system has gone off 3-times. I have taken it to the dealer and they say there is nothing they can do about it, except reset it. How can we trust this as a safety factor?”
