“While driving on the road, completely lost power steering. Tried to turn down the street where I live and almost didn't make the turn. The eps light is on and will not go off, there is no power steering. I let the car sit in the driveway over the weekend, started it up and there is still no power steering.”
NHTSA complaint #11390894, filed 2021-01, 58,735 miles“While driving on the freeway, I tried to steer off to the left to avoid a car from hitting me from the right. This LED to the steering wheel locking and the car spinning out. I tried to get control of the wheel but could not. The car continued to spin until it crashed into the guard railing, smashing the right side and right front. The right front wheel was dented into the car making it undriveable.”
