NHTSA complaint #11058212, filed 2018-01, 70,000 miles“As I was driving, the ground became unleveled, I tried to slow down my speed and I experienced brake failure. My brake pedal sunk down to the floor before my car would come to a complete stop. For two months my car has been in and out of Hyundai dealerships trying to figure out the issue, all the while charging me for test, and no one can correct this issue. It's now 2 1/2 months and I'm still without my car. I need for Hyundai to be held accountable.”

Since then, I have had multiple electronic items go bad in the car. I replaced some of these at my own expense. But the problem has gotten worse with some expensive electronic components going bad over the last 2 years. …”

Hyundai was willing to pay for the dash part but not any labor to install new dash or to check my airbag to make sure it will not go off. I am asking for help to get my airbag checked and also have the dash removed and replaced by Hyundai. …”
