Dealer said that the updates and downloads over the next 4 years would automatically be installed remotely on my vehicle only to find out, the 4 year prepaid bluelink navigational system cannot do updates on my particular VIN#. It did not have the correct navigation and display installed. When I called bluelink emergency number, I was on the phone for 20 minutes and they could not identify the car nor locate me by my phone number. …”
