“Occasionally, the car's RPMs fluctuate wildly, and the engine stalls; the surges in RPM lead to sudden, abrupt acceleration, which poses a safety risk to me and my family. The dealership has been unable to resolve the problem.”
NHTSA complaint #11733090, filed 2026-04“ABS kicks in with even the slightest bump. Had an incident a couple weeks ago where I went over a bump while leaving a store and the car almost did not stop before hitting oncoming traffic. Have had issues for 10 months with the car not accelerating properly or shifting properly. Have tried to drive in every mode (smart, sport, comfort) and nothing makes it better. I have had the vehicle to the shop 3 times. First 2 times said no problem. The third time stated my rear seal is leaking and transmission is leaking as well as 4x4 coupler needs replaced. …”

The car would not break in spite of hitting the breaks before making the turn onto the road, the oncoming vehicle stopped int time to prevent a T-Bone crash . After looking online , seems like a known issue with this model and the Hyundai will not acknowledge it. Please take action”
