“While driving the car I noticed that every time I hit a bump or dip in the road, it feels like I am going to lose control of the vehicle. The car is extremely hard to control when hitting a bump on the street or highway and it's scary. I also noticed that the car jerks violently when changing gears in the automatic transmission. I bought the car in may of this year, its under 100k miles. I contacted the dealership and I'm waiting on a response.”

“While driving, and I'm getting ready to slow down or stop. The car completely shuts off. I have to put it back in neutral quickly in order for it to start. Also while at a complete stop. Once I accelerate, the car just cuts of in the middle of the road! This week alone I've almost had three accidents because of this. My car has been at numerous repair shops. They've all stated the cannot find anything wrong. Once my check engine light comes on. Bring it back. Really?! It cuts off daily, while in motion at least 6-10 times.”

NHTSA complaint #10936768, filed 2016-12, 99,000 miles

“Passenger side airbag light started flashing, took to columbus Infiniti who told me faulty electrical system and to fix over $3000. I said no went home and looked up on internet 2 recalls feb 2008 and oct 2008 for the same problem, 08v521000 and 08v066000. I called back dealer and they told me even though it is the same problem my call was not involved in these recalls. I contacted Infiniti corp and filed a complaint. Result was my car not included in the recall but they would be half the repair or $1500 and give me a discount if I bought a new Infiniti. …”
