Example complaints

Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“While driving the car I noticed that every time I hit a bump or dip in the road, it feels like I am going to lose control of the vehicle. The car is extremely hard to control when hitting a bump on the street or highway and it's scary. I also noticed that the car jerks violently when changing gears in the automatic transmission. I bought the car in may of this year, its under 100k miles. I contacted the dealership and I'm waiting on a response.”

NHTSA complaint #11385297, filed 2020-12, 98,000 miles

“Front cross member rotted out in 77000 miles. Possible safety concern because the front a-arm bolts to this member. Called Infiniti dealer and they said there is no recall.”

NHTSA complaint #11150060, filed 2018-11, 77,000 miles
