“While driving the car I noticed that every time I hit a bump or dip in the road, it feels like I am going to lose control of the vehicle. The car is extremely hard to control when hitting a bump on the street or highway and it's scary. I also noticed that the car jerks violently when changing gears in the automatic transmission. I bought the car in may of this year, its under 100k miles. I contacted the dealership and I'm waiting on a response.”
NHTSA complaint #11385297, filed 2020-12, 98,000 miles“While driving, and I'm getting ready to slow down or stop. The car completely shuts off. I have to put it back in neutral quickly in order for it to start. Also while at a complete stop. Once I accelerate, the car just cuts of in the middle of the road! This week alone I've almost had three accidents because of this. My car has been at numerous repair shops. They've all stated the cannot find anything wrong. Once my check engine light comes on. Bring it back. Really?! It cuts off daily, while in motion at least 6-10 times.”
