In approximately may-june of 2013, I notified Infiniti corporate customer service of this event. I was advised to bring the vehicle to my Infiniti dealer so they could create an incident report and gather photos. Then a review committee would decide whether Infiniti would replace the dash or provide some compensation toward replacement. …”

I have been reviewing several postings by other consumers that have been dealing with the same issue and the dealership refuses to install a new dashboard due to the age of the vehicle. …”

Infiniti has not changed the air bag yet and has told me when they do the dash will probably be in worse shape. The car is kept in a garage at home and a sun shield is put in the window when it is outside. The car has been well maintained and Infiniti does not see this as a problem with the M35.”
NHTSA complaint #10969418, filed 2017-03, 82,536 miles“Multiple stress cracks in the dashboard. This was similar to what caused toyota to recall their cars. This car has always been garaged and well cared for. I noticed this around october 2015. They may have been there but just not as noticeable before then. There are more cracks than what the picture shows some larger some smaller.”
