“Takata recall my vehicle has been in the service dept since 10/31/2016 I was issued a rental car but I would like nothing more than to get the vehicle back that I am currently paying for. This is an inconvenience for myself and my family. Driving a rental is like walking on pins and needles. Being extra careful.”

“I have contacted the nissan consumers and filed a report approximately 2-months ago and was given an incident number. I had complained about several cracks on my dashboard in my 2007 Infiniti M35. My vehicle of low mileage and well maintained and kept in the garage. I have never utilized any other products on the dashboards. I have been reviewing several postings by other consumers that have been dealing with the same issue and the dealership refuses to install a new dashboard due to the age of the vehicle. …”

“Takata inflators - what can I do to have this recall corrected? As of today Infiniti has taken no action (other than send out notices there is a recall) nor do they have any estimated timeframe to correct this recall issue. I do not have use of my front seat (with my older grandchild) due to his recall. Is there any law that requires Infiniti to fix this issue within a specific timeframe? Thank you for your attention to this matter.”
