“When driving on roads that are crowning right the steering pulls right... The same to the left. The bigger issue is that when it hits an uneven road the car seems to pull very sharply right of left, uncontrollably. Luckily enough I have enough experience to regain control and know that this does not happen with other cars I drive.”

Today while driving it forced me out of my lane and I nearly struck the adjacent vehicle. This is a severe safety issue and I'm concerned for the safety of my children. It is so hard to steer when there are grooves or road imperfections...unlike any other vehicle I have ever driven. An Infiniti mechanic told me the problem is a defect in design of the steering rack. I can change the struts/shocks and put new tires and that will not help...I have been told. Please fix this problem so I can safely drive my car. It is so jittery to steer, I will not let my wife drive it.”
