2010 Jeep Commander Exterior lighting Problems

“In april of 2013 I started having tilting issues with my high-intensity discharge headlamps automatic headlamp leveling system. My vehicle is a 2010 Jeep Commander. When I drive at night my lights would lower all the way down randomly, leaving the road infront of me pitch black. I have been forced to drive with my high beams on during these episodes until the lights would raise again to the normal setting. With in the last two weeks the lights won't raise at all and I am forced to limit my driving after dark. I have 2 small children and clearly this poses a safety issue. …”

“The electrical system of my car malfunctioned intermittently causing lights, ac, and the engine itself to go off and on in the middle of the freeway. There was a recall on the 2010 Jeep Commander (same as my car) for faulty electrical system, yet my VIN was excluded. I believe it should have been included in the recall and this faulty electrical system was the cause of multiple repairs done at my expense to the tune of a couple thousand dollars. I ask for a query into this. …”
