“My 2024 Jeep Grand Wagoneer has not operated properly since I purchased it (January 2025). The most significant issues have involved engine, battery, and electrical failures, along with recurring problems related to the lighting, doors, trunk, and various cosmetic components. These issues have been repetitive. Each time the vehicle is brought to the dealer for service, repairs are often delayed for extended periods due to parts availability. Even after repairs are completed, many of the same problems recur. …”

Vehicle owner and two daughters were in the car. It was early morning (5:15am), and very dark. These incidents were not ordinary engine stalls. Suddenly and without warning the vehicle's engine shut down, all electrical power ceased, the dashboard, headlights, running lights and instrument displays went dark, and power-steering assistance was lost each time. …”
