“I bought my 2015 Jeep Patriot on july 4, 2020. Every since I've had my truck, there has been problems. I have taken my truck to 4 mechanics and they can't seem to find a problem. Also the dealership that I got the truck from has not even tried to contact me back about them fixing it for me. I'm stuck with a vehicle that doesn't work at this point.”

NHTSA complaint #11057309, filed 2017-12, 12 miles

“Since I purchased the car in 2016 the brakes keep making this loud sound and I have take to the dealer twice who told me nothing was wrong with it. So then I decided to take it to another shop who then told me it was my front and back brackes and rotors but car is not that old. So I went ahead and just paid to replace it to be safe and two days after this work was done it gave me the same sound and now they are tell me this is how it is supposed to sound. I have heard other jeeps just like mine make that same noise so I wonder if this is a issue with all the 2015 Jeep patriots. …”
