“E s p a deadly idea that is being forced upon us. May of 2010 I purchased a Jeep Wrangler unlimited. First weekend of september I had e s p failure. Took it to Jeep the following wed. They attempted to return it to me unable to duplicate, no parts replaced. The problem did not go away . E s p failures have been happening since 2007. A safety device to save you in a crash should not cause the crash. Only about 12,300 miles on the vehicle. Factory stock. No mods. Jeep buying back the vehicle will not protect me or my loved ones. The others will still be out there on the road. …”

NHTSA complaint #10850922, filed 2016-03, 50,000 miles“I have what is known as a common problem. Jeep death wobble. I can't understand why this isn't under recall. The car starts vibrating while in motion starting at 50 MPH. If in traffic I have to come to a complete stop for it to stop wobbling. It happens daily and is dangerous. Started about 2 years ago. Last happened yesterday. Getting worse.”
