“I was in motion on highway at 60mph dash lights and radio went off, the engine went off for about 3 seconds then everything came back to normal. This occurred 3 times in the next 10 minutes. Each occurance was the same. Ran fine after that for 30 mins. Has not reoccured. Total shut down is dangerous. I have heard reports of this happening to many jeeps.”

“Out of the blue the Jeep would not start one morning. There were no warning signs. It had to be towed to the dealer. Turns out the wcm (wireless control module) failed in the ignition so the keys were not recognized by the module. They replaced the part (would not cover under our extended warranty we purchased!!!!) and reprogrammed both our keys. $385.00 later it now starts.”

“Traction control and check engine light illuminated not allowing me to accelerate. This Jeep has been in the shop about 30 times and the problem is still not resolved, they are telling me that I need a new wiring harness and that they will not cover it because the warranty is expired this has been ongoing since 19000 miles.
