NHTSA complaint #11693027, filed 2025-10“For the 4th time the motor seems to die while driving down the road with no warning. Charging warnings pop up and the car does not start. Has been to dealership multiple times and never gets fixed. Chrysler told to me sue them. I don’t have the money to sue them and the cars is in drivable. Been in the dealership many times with me being left without a car for months. They won’t take it back and I still have 6 months of payments.”

FCA has agreed to repurchase our vehicle, yet the process requires us to continue maintaining and driving a vehicle we no longer feel safe using while waiting weeks for the repurchase to be completed. …”
NHTSA complaint #11769412, filed 2026-10“I was driving vehicle on interstate when sudden loss of power took place. I immediately pulled off the road and we smelled smoke. Fire was coming out of engine compartment near passenger wheel. We immediately exited the vehicle and assisted our young children out of the back seat. Within seconds the vehicle was fully engulfed in flames. If we were not able to immediately pull off the road and assist our children, we could have all been severely injured or killed.”
