“The contact owns a 2019 Jeep Wrangler. The contact stated that the rearview camera would inadvertently turn blue or black while reversing. There were no warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was not diagnosed by an independent mechanic or dealer. The dealer was notified of the failure and advised the contact that the failure was a manufacturer’s defect. The manufacturer was notified of the failure but did not provide any assistance. The manufacturer also advised the contact to file a complaint with NHTSA. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired. The approximate failure mileage was 30,000.”
