Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“The instrument cluster switched off after an automatic engine stop. Upon release of the brake pedal, the car did not restart and driver exit conditions did not exist. After a full power down and manual restart of the ignition, the auto stop/start function no longer works. This is a fundamental electrical problem”

NHTSA complaint #11280452, filed 2019-11, 13,456 miles

“While driving at approximately 10 MPH in city traffic an error light indicating gear box fault appeared followed by numerous other warnings. The vehicle shut off and coasted to a stop. The vehicle was towed to the dealer for service, after 26 days in service and 80 miles driven by a service technician the dealer continues to tell me they have no idea what the problem is. They indicated that the computer reports indicate a major problem occured but they are unable to recreate it.”

NHTSA complaint #10949658, filed 2017-02, 1,400 miles

“I purchased the vehicle one months ago and it has begun stalling while driving, stopping and accelerating. The car shuts off and i had no hazard lights to warn other drivers. The only think i briefly saw pop up was something along the lines of “undetected gears”? It has happened 3 times now and it’s scary and a major safety concern”

NHTSA complaint #11543635, filed 2023-09

“The driver side actuator gave out without warning. I went to work and when I got off as I was going home the light came on notifying me that the door was opened. I had to pull over and strap the door with a belt that I was wearing not mention I was on the highway and it was 5 am.”
