“Tamara recall. Received notice over 1 year ago, mn still not available, now drs malfunction is on continuously..very fearful of driving (everyday) to work, or having my family and minors or pets in car. Any small bump, I.e. When parking against concrete block in parking space. Financial burden also as no one will purchase car with srs malfunction”

“Takata recall I have contacted mercedes benz arrowhead in arizona three times since recall came out and they never have parts available to complete recall. This is a very critical recall as far as I'm concerned that could cause a possible death situation. Even an estimated time for this fix, seems to me, should be mandatory.”

NHTSA complaint #11089222, filed 2018-04, 137,000 miles

“Takata airbag recall- found out on the news and confirmed it on NHTSA website. To date no letter from mercedes identifying call as part of recall. Contacted local mb dealer who referred me to mb corporate. I had already contacted mbusa previously and again no details as to when mb NHTSA recall letter would be sent or when parts were to be available.”

NHTSA complaint #10837695, filed 2016-02, 69,000 miles

“'takata recall' I own three mercedes benz and all three of them have the airbag lights on. They also all have recalls for the same airbag issue. Also, the passenger side in my latest model, my C300, shows the passenger airbag light go on and off even when no one is seating in the seat. And often when someone is sitting in the seat, the airbag doesn't even come on at all.”

NHTSA complaint #11045558, filed 2017-11, 65,000 miles

“Please disassociate this vehicle with me. I have been getting recall notices for the last 5 years! It was totaled in an accident in 2015 and the insurance claim was paid and the insurance company took ownership/sent to action- declared a total loss”

NHTSA complaint #11384000, filed 2020-12, 53,278 miles
