“Takata recall. Consumers have been in a waiting period for a tragedy to happen with the srs . When will a solution be provided by the manufacturer and available to consumers? I do not want anything to happen to me or my family members because of a slow or no response in solving this srs problem. I do not need the money, but I do want to keep my health and life!!”

“Takata recall - I received notification in october 2017 tk holdings inc.'s chapter 11 bankruptcy. This was the first notification that I received that my 2014 mercedes C300 had a recall. The manufacturer and dealer never provided one. I looked up on-line regarding the recall and discovered my car is affected. I had scheduled services at the denver mercedes dealership on 12/28/17 and took in the documentation I had received/discovered on-line and asked my service rep about it. He told me that I needed to go on-line and register. That was it. …”

NHTSA complaint #11291850, filed 2019-12, 15,000 miles

“I recieved a recall on my vehicle for electrical grounding and inadvertant airbag deployment. However despite multiple calls to the local mercedes benz service center for the last past one month, I was told the part was not available and that they were waiting for it from the company. I feel one month is quite a long time to get a part which is o a recal safety issue. I wonder if you could please do the needful”
