Example complaints

Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“My 2011 c-300 has two recalls pending for both air bags (driver and passenger). I have been complaining to mbusa for over 2 years to have them replaced. To this day 11/06/2017 mbusa had made no attempt to contact me or provide a solution. The rear seat-belts lockup on passengers and ratchet down consistently with little movement thereby requiring the passengers to unfasten their belts and ride without the seat belt being fastened. I purchased the vehicle new and both problems have been existing from the purchase date march 2011”
