When I researched mbworld, I saw many people having the same / similar issue, and mercedes benz had extended the warranty to 15 years towards fuel leak issues. There were many articles on the forum. When I called my dealer, he said that I there are no recalls on it. How do I resolve this issue?”

“My vehicle shut off while I was driving on a main street. Two minutes later I could start it. Then next day I could so I took it to a trusted mechanic and was informed about recall. It hasn't started since. The mechanic isn't certain about exactly the problem but said there was some misfires on sensors. Unknown exactly what's wrong. I did get a letter in the mail about a recall offered to me if similar conditions happen.”
