2023: “On 01/12/2024 the driver profile on my vehicle was remotely wiped with no authorization. This profile has settings for multiple automated driver functions including a creep function that I have always left off (On is the default). Once the driver profile was wiped, when I lifted my foot off the accelerator expecting the vehicle to come to a stop it did not. It continued traveling forward without any accelerator input.”
