“I was in a collision in which I rear ended another SUV. The speed control did not enable and I hit the other vehicle hard enough to cause $20,000 worth of damage to my car. I believe the car braking response was slow and the airbag should have deployed in a crash that significant, but it did not.”

I was going too fast to make the right turn and the brakes did not stop the car. I ended up running through the stop sign up an incline and into the woods hitting multiple trees before coming to a stop. This caused over $18,000 damage to the vehicle (not including damage to the under carriage). Not only was this pretty frightening but what could have happened if I wasn't in my neighborhood when this took place could have killed somebody. It really shook me up. …”
