“My power steering went out while I was driving. I took this vehicle to my mechanic and he said that it was related to the power steering recall they did on this type of car. But when I put in my VIN it said this car was not recalled. So I am wondering if you guys skipped over my vehicle. I would appreciate if you would look into this. Thank you.”
