“The contact owns a 2010 Nissan Murano le. The on board navigation system did not work when the vehicle was in motion, it only worked when the vehicle stopped moving. The manufacturer stated that for safety reasons you cannot use the system when driving and it is a federal mandate to engage it when the vehicle stopped. The failure mileage was 2,000.”
