“Both exhaust manifolds are cracked. I was under the impression that this was a recall. When I called they said it was only a warranty issue up to 80,000 miles.both were cracked well before the 80,000 mile. While waiting on the recall 80,000 has since passed. By doing some research I found that Nissan knew about the defect but did not recall fix the issues. I would thing that an exhaust manifold would need to be recalled and fixed. …”

NHTSA complaint #10853443, filed 2016-04, 104,000 miles“Complete rear axle failure with 105,400 miles. This rear axle was built to weak to handle the engine horse power and the vehicle cannot tow 7,800 lbs. Nissan falsely advertisie that this vehicle can tow 7,800 lbs. My vehicle never towed, it has no hithch the rear axle couldn't withstand just propelling the vehicle for 105,000 miles. A class action lawsuit is justified for owners if these vehicles affected with this known design flaw.”
