“Truck has a shake between 45-75 MPH. Depends on rpms and tire pressure. Does not matter if it is highway or city. Most notable between 65-72mph. Have had it to the dealer 3 times. 1st time, they said it was the tires as there were new and overinflated. Told to drive it a few hundred miles. 2nd time at dealer, the road forced balanced and replaced a tire. No fix. 3rd time, a service tech actually rode with me. Let the vibrations, noted them as well. After we arrived back to the dealer, waited 20 minutes until the service tech came back. …”

“The infotainment system within my vehicle is problematic... At any given time the infotainment system will force reboot itself, freeze, freeze or delay when the backup camera is engaged, reboot when the backup camera is engaged. There seems to be no rhyme or reason when this happens and I cannot determine exact steps to reproduce the issues; it just happens.”

NHTSA complaint #11696050, filed 2025-10

“In cold weather, generally below freezing, the tailgate of the 2019 Titan will not open. When attempting to open the tailgate, the latch is lifted up, but the tailgate will not open. However, once the temperature rises to high 20's, low 30'sF, the tailgate will open on its own. I believe lifting the tailgate latch puts this sequence into motion. In the first incident, I tried to open the tailgate in cold weather, it would not open. Then, while traveling down a highway, the tailgate opened by itself resulting in several large toolboxes spilling out of the bed and onto the highway. …”

NHTSA complaint #11638700, filed 2025-01

“The infotainment system in my vehicle randomly crashes at various times and often happens when the vehicle is in reverse with the backup camera active which is a safety issue. Outside of the crashes, there are often lags/delays with the backup camera in the infotainment system.”
