“Uncommon vehicle vibrations felt while idling. While driving, vehicle shakes at all speeds and becomes more pronounced the faster the velocity. After having routine maintenance performed at chapman las vegas vehicle was returned to me. When I took possession and started the vehicle at chapman las vegas it misfired (uncontrollably shaking) and the check engine light turned on. Dealer ended up keeping vehicle another day to inspect misfire/check engine light issue. …”

“We bought a 2017 Ram 1500 on april 29, 2017. On dec 20, 2017, we took our truck to carman dodge and was told that we needed a whole new wiper unit (wiper assembly unit). This was not covered under our warranty. We had the truck for less than 8 months. Please explain to me how this piece of steel would break and not be covered under my warranty. I was told the part was broken and it's not a defect. After spending an hour on the phone with chrysler, they still refuse to cover this. I had to pay $390 for this new part/installation. …”

“Sunroof has excessive leaking. It seems to be draining however under pressure of car wash droplets make it into cabin of truck. Rear passanger and driver side are where water flow is coming from and it seems like seal isn't tight. Vehicle has been tested in car wash it's currently winter and we don't have the ability to test what would happen during rain. Also happened on a flat surface stationary”

NHTSA complaint #11184211, filed 2019-03, 19,250 miles

“The 8.4 infotainment screen freezes up at random times. This is an ongoing recurring issue. This is not only a comfort/convenience/entertainment annoyance. This also disables safety equipment, for example the back-up camera and the windshield defrosting via the climate control system. While I have reached out to the manufacturer for guidance, I have not taken it in for service. There are no warning lamps or indicators of malfunction. This has not resulted in any accidents yet, although I can plainly see the potential.”

NHTSA complaint #11490938, filed 2022-10

“The contact owns a 2017 Ram 1500. The contact stated while reversing she felt the vehicle jerk with a loud sound coming from the vehicle causing the vehicle to come to a complete stop. The dealer was contacted, and an appointment was set to diagnose the vehicle. On another occasion, the vehicle was getting detailed and it was noticed that the rear window was leaking and had white mold. The vehicle was taking to the dealer who stated that no failure was found. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was 5,000.”
