2016: “On September 29, 2025, my vehicle overheated. Smoke was coming from the interior vents as well as from under the hood. I pulled over shortly after and had my vehicle towed to a repair shop. I got an estimate for radiator repair. That did not fix the issue, so more repair was needed related to a heating and evaporator core. I have attached the invoices for those repairs. I just wanted to note this for my records.”

2014: “My truck continues to light up saying that the fuel cap is loose. I believe that there was a former recall about a crack and engine coolant gas getting into the system, and this was never fixed properly. Also, the airbag light continues to come on, and there was a former recall about that and it was never fixed. These are all while stationary.”

2018: “The air suspension system on my 2018 Ram rebel 1500 keeps failing. I have taken it to the dealership 4 times still to have the problem. As a result, my vehicle is experiencing accelerated wear and tear on other vehicle components, including, but not limited to, the fuses, relays, bolt joints and bushing which in turn affects the alignment of the wheels.”
