2017: “My van had a recall involving the cooling fan, it was repaired. At approximately 25,000 I had a check engine light, the dealer says it's the thermostat needing replaced ($588.00!!!??? At under 26,000 miles???!!!) the temp gauge always sits right at the halfway mark, this can't be right but they said that's to be expected.”

NHTSA complaint #11403469, filed 2021-03, 25,000 miles

2016: “Last oct./nov. I had to have the left axle cv joint replaced in my Ram Promaster City while in arizona. Yesterday the local dealer informed me that all three parts of this axle now need to be replaced. Both times the local dodge dealer did the work. I am worried about the safety of this vehicle. Both times this happened I was away from home traveling on interstate highways”

NHTSA complaint #11354231, filed 2020-09, 27,000 miles

2015: “Experiences dangerous stalling and loss of electrical power to engine during driving. This can cause a serious accident. This is specifically a symptom of one of the many recalls supposedly performed on this vehicle already. I believe the recall repair previously was not completed properly because I have experienced this 10 times in the past two weeks.”
