“Brand new truck with 4412 miles on it at time of occurrence. My truck was parked at work and I had started it to warm it up. It was 32 degrees outside and turned on my rear defroster for the first time since owning the truck. Within 2 minutes only the drivers side of my 3 part rear defroster window was working. It got hot enough that it broke the glass. The corner where the wire connection is was hot to the touch and it burned through a sticker I have on the rear window. I took it to my dealership and they said they have never seen that before. …”
