“The vehicle was moving down the road as I'm driving the truck just looses all power cuts off and I have to jerk it to side of the road to be towed to dealership. It's the tone wheel for crankshaft and crank shaft position sensor. And when taken to dealership they have no parts to fix my trucks and I was given a case worker with FCA or dodge and they can't get the parts it's been 3 months.”

NHTSA complaint #11378512, filed 2020-12, 89,000 miles

Truck lost power then got it back and was going to try to make it to an exit but pulled over when smoke coming from under the hood. Opened the hood and saw fire! Called 911 and fire dept came but in a matter on minutes the truck burned up completely.”

NHTSA complaint #11279319, filed 2019-11, 80,000 miles

“One day last week I woke up and my left rear steering wheel control button stopped functioning. (turns the radio station tuning down) also the high mounted reverse lights do not work when in reverse. I also had a blown high mounted rear brake light bulb out which was replaced. Horn works no check engine light. I have not taken it to do to diagnostic cost.”

NHTSA complaint #11032985, filed 2017-10, 103,790 miles

“I left the truck running while in a store, I came out to see it rolled forward into a building while I was in the store and truck was in park ( or at least I thought) this caused $1800 in damages less then a month later while the truck was running and in park it completely died and had to towed back to dealer. They said they found a loose connection in the dash”

NHTSA complaint #10865590, filed 2016-05, 3,500 miles

“I have multiple issues but the scariest is after setting the emergency brakes and putting my 2015 Ram 1500 in park my truck will roll up to 4 feet. This happens almost every time I put it in park. Every time I park it I worry that it will roll and hit a person or another vehicle.”
