“I have noticed over the last few weeks the steering has become very difficult at slow speeds or when not moving. I have to muscle the steering wheel to go around turns and have to steer back to straight. I worried about not be able to control my truck. This is not something that should have to be replaced after only 54000 miles for close to $2500.”

Sometimes for a day or two, sometimes every other turn, and sometimes every turn is half power steering and half not (kind of like pulsing). I've had 2 rack and pinion replacements with still ongoing issues. There is an active recall for my year truck, but my truck is not apart of it even though I'm experiencing the exact issues of the recall”

The truck needs to be at high temperatures to unload clean the steering. Sometimes when you start driving it locks up again. This issue is going to go cause accidents. The dodge dealer in miami florida planet dodge is aware of these issues on these vehicles. There should be a recall”
