“12-5-21 driving to and from store. Power steering warning light activated and loss power steering. Put the vehicle. Into reverse when realized no steering. I thought mt steering wheel was locked. Dealer has it at this time. No work being done. I feel this is related to the recalls in the past and recent recalls. Help me please.”

I was going about 55 around a curve and just about ended up in the ditch as it jerked the wheel! They tell me it's 2700$ to fix but seems that other years have a recall on the same issue and part and I believe this should be one as well if I was going faster or if a car would have been coming it could have been very bad”

I went to a alignment shop and the tech said the rack and pinion is no good, the bushings are worn and they can not align the vehicle. Rack and pinion bolts are not straight. Bushings are worn. Pictures are attached.”

The service power steering light came on and I lost the ability to steer. The electric motor could be heard trying to turn the rack and pinion but the tires where extremely difficult to turn. This happened at 60,000 miles within 2 weeks of sending my vehicle in to the dealership to fix recalls I had.”
