“Have had several leaks, took it to GM dealership for repair and it cost me $1,600, still leaking, took it back to GM dealership paid $1,300, still leaking. Vehicle on has 57, 000 miles I was told that it could be the transmission. That is why I took it in the first place GM service is an embarrassment, and rip-off to its customers. Will not recommend either one of these dealership in massachusetts, unless they can prove quality service. …”

“After a night of sub-zero temperatures, I turned my car on in the garage to warm up prior to loading my children in the vehicle. When we were all set, I pull out of the garage and continue to leave the driveway down the street when all the sudden my car begins to shake and my dashboard panel starts communicating multiple errors, including engine powered down , service stabilitrack , traction control off as well as the engine light going on. …”

I pulled over and turned the car off and restarted it, started driving again and the same thing happen again I was able to get the car home and park it. I just drove the car again this morning and things seems to be ok, but when I was leaving from work the engine light came on and the car started acting like it did not want to go. Please advise............. …”

NHTSA complaint #10694212, filed 2015-03, 56,979 miles

“Was driving on hwy. At 60 MPH when engine began to rev and then when I came to stoplight and took off, the car would not go over 30 MPH.and would jerk and then as I continued to try to get speed because of others behind me-it would not go. Had to drive 30 MPH for two hours to get only 40 miles. Transmission needs to be replaced and GM is not standing behind their product. This is a hazard and there are sooo many complaints with problems just like this and no recall yet-really-so will one be made when someone is killed in an accident. …”

NHTSA complaint #10519609, filed 2013-06, 106,000 miles

“The gas pedal on my 2008 Saturn Outlook has stuck in the full throttle position four times since I purchased the vehicle. The latest was just today when I pulled out into traffic and to merge with them I applied full throttle. When I released the throttle the car just kept accelerating because the gas pedal was stuck under the floor mat. I had to put the car in neutral, pull off the road, and adjust the floor mat to release the gas pedal. This is easily reproducible and has happened four times already.”
