“I was coming to a stop at a t intersection when my motorcycle fell. I got back up to try and move it but the motorcycle would not move. I fell on my left side but found out that the right side of my rotor inner mounting plate was bent. The approx speed I was going was 15 MPH. I sent my motorcycle into the shop the next day and contacted Suzuki. They sent me a packet and after I filled it out sent it back in. Since then I got a voicemail from their rep saying I pushed on the brakes too hard . …”

While driving between 80-100 MPH and attempting to make a turn, the contact applied the brakes and the motorcycle whipped him over the handle bars. The frame separated and the body of the motorcycle split in half. He landed approximately 100 feet from the motorcycle and sustained a few broken fingers on his left hand and major bruises. The contact was transported to the hospital and released shortly after. He took the vehicle to the dealer and they kept it for a week. …”
