“Bike unexpectedly accelerates. No control. Happen at low speed after riding rough and bucking and coming out of a turn. It accelerated so fast it threw me off, took off and laid on its side red lining. No control and really scary. Throttle did not responded. This happened at a low RPM. Don't know if I trust the bike to even get back on (wont start now).”

“Abrupt on/off throttle can cause sudden and unexpected rapid deceleration and acceleration, destabilizing the vehicle potentially leading to loss of control and a crash. The problem seems to occur at lower engine RPM's (4,000-6,000 RPM) and seems most prevalent at high engine temperatures (205+ degrees) and especially when the vehicle is turned on and started while at higher temperatures. This could be from a rusting throttle control valve that is not opening correctly. The bike was stored indoors and rarely saw rain, should not be rusting.”
