Example complaints

Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“When the vehicle achieves highway speeds of 65-75 mph, there is a tremendous vibration all over the vehicle. It feels like the tires are coming off and it is difficult to stear and maintain lanes, or control of the vehicle.”

NHTSA complaint #11648055, filed 2025-03

“MoThe air suspension is stuck saying it cannot adjust. The car states that there is an electrical issue. As an electric car electrical issues seems to be a concerning error message to receive. The service center has stated a part was replaced two times but the error message remains. The error is in reference to exhausting from the valve block. This removes the ability to utilize any of the adjustments and potential water wade mode. The service center said a redesign is in the works, but no such redesign is in the works.”
