“There is a defect on the interior rear view mirror. I attached a photo, notice the black marks at the bottom of the mirror...these will get larger over time and affect visibility. This already happened with the original interior rear view mirror, which was replaced at bredemann Toyota in park ridge, il. This mirror is never touched, so this is very odd.”

It seems as if the thickness of the glass varies. The objects change shape while driving. It becomes impossible to observe the approaching traffic and distances. When you try to turn it is very difficult. It is very difficult to concentrate on the road due to the distortion present on the driver's side. …”
