“I received from Toyota USA via USPS a Safety Recall Notice regarding my 2022 RAV4 hybrid. Both the local Toyota dealer and Toyota Brand Engagement Center told me there is no recall on my vehicle. Neither could tell me why I received the notice. When I searched NHTSA recall database for Recall No. 22V-519, it referenced an unrelated fire hazard on HYundai and Kia vehicles. Attached please find the notice and its envelope. Sending false information like this creates a perception of danger, when perhaps none exists”
