“Bank 1 sensor 2, ,a/f sensor bank 1 sensor & o2 sensor bank 1 sensor 2, check engine light on along with 2 other lights turn on. It happened in 2017, then went away. The warning lights turn on again in 2020. It costs more than $1000 to fix it. Asked the dealership about this problems. They said it is not normal for this sensor to go bad. We owned several Toyota cars so far we do not have any problems. But this sensor issues Toyota should recall it to fix the problems”

Shut off the engine and its like the van is in neutral, the van starts rolling down hill.extremely dangerous I almost ran over a child behind me! I spent thousands of dollars to replace shifter cable, I later saw recall on 2014 model but 2011 model has identical problem.”

NHTSA complaint #10457189, filed 2012-05, 5,000 miles

“When car was purchased new we where told that a safety feature on this vehicle was that the rear sliding doors would not close while there was something in its path stopping it from closing completely. Ex. Child or body part. This morning while trying to reach behind him and attach his seatbelt my 6yo son hand got into the path of the door and his hand became stuck in its path instead of the door opening back to the open position it set there and continued to cycle to the close position.”

NHTSA complaint #10930119, filed 2016-12, 73,400 miles

“While parked in my driveway, having been driven two hours before, my van caught on fire in the engine compartment. It burned for an unknown amount of time before we were alerted. The electrical system was disabled by the fire causing the two back sliding doors to become inoperable. The van can seat 6 people in the rear passenger compartment and they would be unable to exit the van except by going through the front doors. Even now that it is after the fire, we are still unable to open them, from inside, outside, or with any of the buttons.”
