Example complaints

Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“After starting the van, an error pops up: SRS Airbag System Malfunction Visit Your Dealer. This occurs a day after turning the car on and off and driving for several hours. The next day, it may come back on, or it may not. I have taken it to a dealership, and they stated it was a firmware update they completed. After they updated the warning light, it came back on less than a week later.”
