I have 15000 miles on the truck and recently on a long road trip I received a flat due to a nail on the highway. In changing the tire I snapped 2 lug studs. Now I have owned truck for 20 plus years and have never snapped a lug off a wheel. I had it serviced and was told it was due to too much torque and still find this hard to believe. I cant imagine that I could give this that much torque with a tire iron to snap off the studs. …”
