“The contact owns a 2003 Toyota Tacoma. The contact stated that both the front driver and passenger side seat belts were failing and would not restrain through the holder. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, who stated that there was not a recall for the vehicle and advised that the contact was responsible for repairing the vehicle. The manufacturer was not notified. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 83,000.”
